The SlimLine Warranty
All Slimline cabinets carry a one year warranty beginning on the date of delivery. We will repair or replace any product found to be defective within this period of time. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from modification, misuse, exposure to weather conditions or improper installation. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

Is shipping included and where do you ship too?
Shipping to an US Address
Shipping Cost, Freight Cost, and Handling Cost are not included in our prices and is not refundable. Where possible we ship Ground, if the item is too large or too heavy it will be delivered via Freight Line (Truck Line). Shipping time is 7-14 days depending on shipping point and item(s) ordered.
Please be sure to check your shipment for damage when you sign for it and notify us of any damage immediately. Note any damage on the delivery ticket and contact the carrier. The receiver is responsible for filing shipping claims with the appropriate carrier. Although SlimLine will do all that we can to assist you in your claims, we are not responsible for the monetary restitution of any such claims.
Call our customer service department at 1-866-730-4586 if you need to order a replacement item while the carrier is responding to your claim.
We only ship to addresses inside the Continental US.
NOTE: All sales are final, no returns, and no exchanges. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. Warranty issues will be between the customer and the manufacturer. The customer may be responsible for shipping cost incurred for warranties. The customer is responsible for shipping cost to the freight forwarding company as well as any cost incurred from the freight forwarding company.
What if the product is damaged?
Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract, or otherwise, shall Slimline, Inc. or its suppliers or resellers be liable to you or any other person or entity for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, or any and all other commercial damages or losses, or for any damages in excess of Simline. List price for the product purchased, even if Slimline shall have been informed of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party.
You assume full responsibility for the selection of any product(s) purchased on this site to achieve your intended purposes, for the proper installation and use of any product(s) purchased on this site and for verifying the results obtained from use of said product.
Upon receipt, any visible damage should be noted on the shipping documents before signing. The buyer shall notify the seller or the freight carrier within 24 hours of receipt noting any damage or shortages. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the complete order and report missing or damaged merchandise to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.
What is your refund and return policy?
Shipping Cost, Freight Cost, and Handling Cost are not refundable. Should you need to return an item you will need to contact our customer service number to receive a return authorization. Some of the products on the site are not returnable due to the custom nature of the order. Please contact us to discuss before returning any goods. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable
For stock items, there will be a 50% restocking charge and you will be responsible for the freight to return the material to our warehouse or the manufacturing warehouse from which it shipped. Products must be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange (ask your sales person for details). Credit will be issued subject to inspection of the returned material. All products must be returned in the original box and in resalable condition.
Please be very careful with your order since some items can be very costly to return. Also review our Payment Policy.
What is your payment policy?
We accept many payment methods. We process payment for internet orders at the same time we create your invoice and/or order your product(s). Orders placed by phone and online are processed when you are invoiced and/or when your product is ordered.
If a refund is indicated, and a credit card was used, we will credit the appropriate amount back to the credit card. Many of our products will be manufactured to your specifications. We can not give refunds on these orders once the product has been manufactured. Also review our return policy.
